Visitors will discover how specialist software, industry expertise and future-ready technologies can help manufacturers improve performance today while preparing for tomorrow
PARIS, September 2026 – Window, door, conservatory and façade manufacturers are under increasing pressure to improve efficiency, address labour shortages and respond to rapidly changing market demands. Many companies are looking for practical improvements they can make today while preparing for new technologies and changing customer expectations.
At Batimat 2026, Forterro will bring its Windows & Doors portfolio together on a major industry stage for the first time. Visitors will be able to meet the teams behind 3E Look, Klaes, Logikal, Logikal MES, Quotila and Unilink, explore how these solutions complement one another, and see how manufacturers are using digital technologies to tackle everyday challenges across their businesses.
The joint appearance follows Forterro’s acquisition of leading industry specialists including Orgadata, BM Group, Klaes and 3E, bringing together decades of expertise across aluminium, PVC and timber applications. These businesses now form one of the industry’s broadest software portfolios for window, door, conservatory and façade manufacturers, while maintaining the specialist knowledge and close customer relationships that made them successful in the first place.
While the solutions address different needs, they are all built around the day-to-day realities of window, door, conservatory and façade manufacturing.
At the Forterro stand, visitors will be able to discuss practical topics including:
Forterro will also host a BATIMAT Masterclass exploring why integrated processes are becoming a competitive advantage for window, door, conservatory and façade manufacturers. Taking place on Thursday, 1 October, from 10:00 to 10:30 in Agora 4, Hall 4, the session will examine how labour shortages, increasing complexity and evolving customer expectations are driving demand for better-connected processes, data and technologies across the value chain.
The conversations at Batimat are unlikely to stop at today’s operational challenges. Many manufacturers are also considering how new technologies, changing customer expectations and increasing connectivity will shape their businesses over the coming years. How can they make better use of the data they already have? How can they connect processes more effectively across the business? And where can technologies such as artificial intelligence deliver genuine value in practice?
To support this, Forterro continues to invest in cloud technologies, connected platforms, AI-enabled capabilities and production automation. These investments are guided by what manufacturers are asking for: software that can grow with their business, connect information more effectively and make better use of the data they already have.
Most manufacturers do not want to start from scratch. They want to get more from the systems, processes and expertise they already have, while introducing new technologies where they deliver a clear and measurable benefit.
Bernd Hillbrands, Managing Director, Forterro Windows & Doors: “Our customers are balancing a lot of different priorities right now, from productivity and automation to workforce challenges and long-term technology decisions. They are looking for expertise, proven solutions and a partner that understands where they are today and where they want to go next. Batimat marks the first time we are presenting our Windows & Doors portfolio together under the Forterro brand. By bringing together the knowledge, experience and technologies of these businesses, we can offer customers both practical support for today’s challenges and a strong foundation for the future.”
Visitors can meet product specialists from across the portfolio, discuss current challenges and explore ways to improve efficiency, increase transparency and strengthen automation across their operations.
